Key Duties and Responsibilities主要职责:
1. Build up China range and product selection by implementing the product vision and business plan in assigned product line.
2. Create product assortment for Retail / E-commerce / FRS channel by season.
3. Define pricing strategy and margin control in line with the company financial target.
4. Set up proper launch plan and product flow to meet up with the needs from both retail and franchisees.
5. Providing high quality product briefing every season to ensure China product requests were adopted to optimize the China range.
6. Responsible for buying of retail/E-commerce channel in assigned product line.
7. Consistently product analysis to do regular business review and improve the sales.
8. Cooperate with FRS team for China convention preparation and product presentation.
9. Regular market visit and conduct local market trend report, competitor product/pricing report.
Main skills, competencies and knowledge required主要技能、能力及知识要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Over 3 years proven experience on merchandising with SPORTSWEAR/STREETWEAR brands and retail companies
3. Relevant China marketing experience preferred.
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin (Spoken and Written)
5. Good computer skill (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
